Due to the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we hereby inform you about the principles of the processing of your personal data and your rights in relation thereto.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:

Kaktusowa 1b, 05-092 Łomianki, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS0000986595, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 1180202839, Regon (Statistical Identification Number) 011939125;

3) Your personal data will be processed in order to provide you with information about our goods and services and the goods and services of our partners. The following types of personal data will be processed, i.e. name, surname, email address, telephone number, correspondence data, provided by you, on the basis of your voluntary consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
4) In the case of data for which you have given your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by email to: biuro@theonegroup.pl;
5) The recipients of your personal data are entities that process personal data on the basis of outsourcing of data processing by the Controller, if the outsourcing is necessary, and entities for which the Controller provides services. Personal data may be transferred to third countries.
6) Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were obtained or until you withdraw your consent to the processing;
7) You are entitled to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object, withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before withdrawal;
8) You are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose for which it was acquired;
10) Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
If you have entered into a contract with us or placed an order with us, please read the following:

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract/order, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and in the case of other data provided by you voluntarily, solely based on your voluntary consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
4) With regard to data for which you have given your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by email to biuro@theonegroup.pl;
5) The recipients of your personal data are entities processing your personal data on the basis of the outsourcing of data processing by the Controller, where this is necessary for the performance of the contract/order, as well as the employees of the department handling your contract/order, the accounting department and the management staff of SANDEX.PL Sp. z o.o. Personal data may be transferred to third countries;
6) Your personal data will be kept for the period of performance of the contract/order and, following the completion of the contract/order, for the period necessary for the storage of the data resulting from separate regulations, specifically tax regulations, and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract/order;
7) You are entitled to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object, withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before withdrawal;
8) You are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the contract/order; failure to provide personal data will result in the contract/order not being able to be completed;
10) Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
