THEONEGROUP.PL, based in Łomianki, is a company founded in 1996 that works with advertising agencies and distributors both in Poland and across Europe. The company specialises in the production of promotional textiles using sublimation technology, offering competitive prices for its flagship products, including the best-selling LOOP CLASSIC multi-purpose scarves and other items.
THEONEGROUP.PL enables customers to order smaller volumes, ensures a high quality standard of products, excels in meeting delivery deadlines and reliability. In addition, the company distributes casual, business and sportswear from the French brands SOL’S and NeoBlu, providing branding services using sublimation, embroidery, screen printing and thermal transfer.
Sublimation is an advanced printing technology in which special sublimation inks are converted from a solid directly into a gas, bypassing the liquid phase. The sublimation process consists in several key stages:
The sublimation technology is widely used in the production of sports and promotional clothing, gadgets, as well as in the making of flags and banners. It’s especially renowned in the clothing industry, where it’s used to reproduce vivid and long-lasting designs on fabrics. It works best on polyester and other synthetic textiles that can withstand the high temperatures needed for ink sublimation. Whereas it’s not recommended for use on cotton or other natural fabrics, or on materials other than white (as the background colour would then affect the colour of the print).
All of THEONEGROUP.PL’s production is carried out in Poland, with both the production plant and warehouse located near Warsaw. Furthermore, we manufacture in accordance with Polish and European Union standards.
Yes, every THEONEGROUP.PL product is Oeko-Tex certified. This guarantees that the fabrics and other materials used in clothing and textile production are safe and environmentally friendly, free from harmful chemicals – both at the production stage and in the finished product.
Yes, we offer packaging made from environmentally friendly plastics.
The transparent plastic bags are made of LDPE (polyethylene) with a special additive d2w, which makes the plastic biodegradable (so-called oxo-biodegradable). This is important because by using these types of bags, both we and our customers can help to reduce the amount of waste in the environment.
Yes! We can apply customised labelling to the individual packaging used to deliver the products. Among other things, we can offer wrappers, envelopes or stickers.
Placing orders via the THEONEGROUP.PL Platform and using all functions (such as viewing transaction history in the user panel) is possible after creating an individual user account. To do this, after opening the website www.theonegroup.pl, select “Sign up” from the list under “My account,” and then enter your company name, address, contact details and Tax Identification Number. A newly created account needs to be activated by a THEONEGROUP.PL employee – on working days activation is done within 4 hours.
We accept fast online payments via PayU or traditional wire transfer (for bank transfers, please send us a confirmation after the payment has been made).

Yes, customers who cooperate with THEONEGROUP.PL can obtain trade credit – provided that they have previously placed at least 4 orders for a total amount of at least PLN 20,000.
The possible lead time depends on the type of products selected and the volume of the order. When this information is specified in the product configuration tool, the expected shipping date will be shown. For orders of more than 10,000 units, production times are set on an individual basis.
The shipping date indicated when placing your order is automatically calculated by the system. However, for the order to be completed, acceptance of the visualisation and a down payment or prepayment, if applicable, is required. If these stages are delayed, the entire lead time will be extended. The customer is always given a clear indication (in the form of a clock in the user panel) of the timeframe by which they must accept the design and make payment in order to meet the given delivery date.
The threshold here is the approval of the production of a given batch of products. In the case of orders sent for production, the customer is obliged to pay for all products and cannot cancel the order. If, on the other hand, the order has not yet been sent to production, it’s possible to cancel it after contacting a THEONEGROUP.PL employee.
The cost of shipping 1 box within Poland is PLN 27. When you place an order in the system (before it is approved), the total shipping cost is displayed.
In Poland, Fedex shipments are generally delivered on the next working day.
Yes, at THEONEGROUP.PL we work exclusively with advertising agencies, so we offer the option of anonymous delivery to the customer. To do so, please tick the appropriate option when placing your order.
